First Day of Classes 2005

Today was the first day of class at the seminary in Mexico City. The jumpiness in the video is because of the roads here. Sorry.

Good Morning Nathan

Nathan is such a happy baby, especially when he wakes up in the morning. He is learning how to use his vocal chords and has begun to really laugh. It’s a great way for us to start our day, watching him laugh and smile.

Pizza Night

One of the things that helps out a lot when you are living in another culture is the friendships you have with other people from your home country. In our case, we have missionary friends that we hang out with, not to distance ourselves from the Mexican culture, but to give us a chance to rest and relax with other people who understand what we are going through. One of the cool things about Mexico City is that pizza is 2 for the price of one on Tuesday nights. So, we get together, talk, eat pizza, and play games with our “family” away from family.
