I’ve already posted a video about my final exam grade. Well, the other day I received my final progress report for my Theology of Jonathan Edwards class from Columbia Biblical Seminary’s Distance Education Center. I am satisfied with the result of the class. The class was originally due very close to Nathan’s due date. I was working on it very hard when Janell went into labor. Due to Nathan’s arrival, I had to ask for my due date to be pushed back a little. Fortunately for me, the people at Columbia were very nice and gave me an extra month. Finally, after all the hard work, I received my grade.

Last night we had a Mexican fiesta where we told our friends what is going on in Mexico. There were about 30 people there, and we made churros, flan, brownies, and coffee. It was fun. We played a trivia game about Mexico, and I had a chance to share about what’s going on in our life. I made a short video to show at the fiesta, so I thought I’d put it up here. It tells about our first 2 years in Mexico. So, if you didn’t get a chance to go to the fiesta, you can now watch the video we played at it.
Although we’re in the US for the summer, we’ve still got video of Mexico for you. One of the worst things about living in Mexico City is the traffic. You cannot ask, “How long does it take to get from…?” because there is no answer to that question because of the traffic.
Mexico City is notorious for its air pollution. The government is trying to combat the problem by enforcing a “no circulation” day for most cars. Depending on what number your license plate ends in, you have to rest your car on a specific day. Luckily for us, newer cars are exempt from this. We are not exempt, however, from traffic.
